IS GOOD WAVE BASED IN AUSTRALIA?

Yes! While originally from San Diego, we have teammates across Australia, Canada, Europe and the United States.

DOES GOOD WAVE ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes! We offer a 30-day any reason returns policy. Good Wave does not refund our shipping cost and the customer is responsible for paying return shipping. Please refer to our Returns Policy.

DOES GOOD WAVE OFFER PRODUCT WARRANTEES?

Yes! As a family first brand, we wouldn't make or sell anything we wouldn't buy for our families. Product warrantees range anywhere from 30 days to 1 year depending on the product. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page.

WHAT IS GOOD WAVE’S STANDARD SURFBOARD SHIPPING TIME?

It typically takes 2 business days for us to process an order and only 5-7 business days for shipping, since we cover expedited shipping costs for our customers. However, please excuse any delays due to Coronavirus.

Shipping has been extremely expensive during Covid and as a small business, please know that our shipping prices reflect our 'bare bottom' (pun intended) price. We are covering all that we can for you to get you out on the water!

Subsidized shipping prices are shown at checkout and after paying our part generally around..

• $80-100 for larger items (longboard surfboards, kayaks, paddle boards, etc.)
• $50-70 for short boards and some mid-size surfboards
• $20 or lower for smaller items (bodyboards, skimboards, etc.)

WHICH SURFBOARD SIZE IS RIGHT FOR MY CHILD?

If you are wondering what size surfboard to buy your child, our general rule of thumb to chose a beginner surfboard is to pick a surfboard that is 12-24 inches taller than your child.

Some parents have found these age guidelines to be helpful:

• <8 years old: ~5-6ft
• 8-12 years old: ~7ft
• 12+ years old: ~8ft+
